the role may assume project management responsibilities during delivery phases, ensuring timelines, resources, and outcomes are effectively managed.\nKey Responsibilities\nPresales & Solutioning\nSupport presales activities including solution design, technical validation, and effort estimation.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable, high-level solution architectures.\nCollaborate with sales and stakeholders to position technically viable and competitive solutions.\nArchitecture & Technical Leadership\nDefine system architecture and delivery approaches aligned with business and technical requirements.\nEnsure adherence to best practices in system design, scalability, and performance.\nProvide technical direction across the full software development lifecycle.\nDelivery & Governance\nLead development and/or maintenance teams following project award.\nEstablish team structure, roles, and delivery frameworks to support execution.\nProvide technical oversight during implementation, ensuring quality and alignment with design.\nProject Management (as needed)\nPlan, coordinate, and oversee project delivery when acting in a Project Manager capacity.\nManage timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery outcomes.\nContinuous Improvement & Innovation\nStay current with emerging technologies, including AI frameworks and cloud platforms.\nRecommend improvements to architecture, tools, and delivery methodologies.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong experience with backend frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud\nExperience with databases such as MongoDB and MySQL\nFamiliarity with messaging and caching technologies (e.g., RabbitMQ, Redis)\nSolid understanding of microservices architecture\nExperience working with Linux-based environments, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes)\nFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies\nExposure to AI/ML technologies such as Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow\nExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)\nQualifications and Experience\n5-10+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership roles\nProven experience in presales support, solutioning, and delivery execution\nStrong background in designing and implementing scalable, enterprise-grade systems\nExperience in client-facing roles with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders\nNice to Have:\nExperience in video analytics or AI-driven
