You'll partner with a dedicated group of our sales teams, getting to know their leaders, their culture and what makes someone succeed on their team. Over time, you'll become the recruiting partner they trust and rely on.\nThis role is a true partnership with our sales leaders. You'll own the hiring process end to end, including interviewing and closing, but your success depends on earning the trust of the team leaders you support and staying closely aligned with them. They'll meet your finalists to confirm the fit and can help close when needed.\nMost of the people you'll recruit are commission-based sales representatives: driven, ambitious people who want unlimited upside. If you enjoy spotting that kind of talent and telling a compelling story about the opportunity, you'll do well here. You'll also handle occasional searches for operations and support roles, which bring a more traditional search process.\nYou'll have real latitude in this role. When something isn't working, we want your ideas for fixing it, and you'll have leadership's support to put them into action.\nWhat You'll Do\nPartner closely with your assigned sales team leaders to run full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and interviewing through closing and onboarding.\nBuild strong working relationships with team leaders and learn what makes a candidate thrive on each team.\nAssess candidates for drive, resilience and coachability, the qualities that predict success in a commission-based role, and keep them engaged throughout the process.\nLead searches for operations and support roles as they come up.\nLead PMF's summer internship program: sourcing and screening, managing timelines and school paperwork, and onboarding 100+ interns each season.\nSpot opportunities to improve how we recruit, and bring solutions to leadership.\nKeep operations leadership updated on pipeline activity and progress.\nWhat You Bring\n4+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally in high-volume, sales, staffing or agency settings.\nA track record of owning results: you anticipate needs, solve problems and keep things moving.\nA proven ability to build trust with sales leaders who set a high bar for their teams, and to keep it over time.\nGood instincts for reading candidates beyond the resume, especially their motivation and mindset.\nComfort managing several searches at different stages at once while staying organized.\nClear, confident communication with candidates, team leaders and leadership.\nExperience with an ATS, Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter.\nNice to Have\nCampus or seasonal intern recruiting experience.\nA background in financial services, sales recruiting or agency recruiting.\nCompensation & Opportunity\nBase salary of $100,000-$125,000, depending on experience.\nPerformance-based bonus.
