Today, CCG serves the world of collectibles online and at its offices in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany and China.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO AS AN ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION OPERATOR:\nHandle raw collectible products with precision and care in preparation for encapsulation.\nOperate electronic and manual equipment to perform multi-step encapsulation processes.\nFollow detailed production procedures and quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.\nMonitor production materials and finished products to identify any issues or defects.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nCollaborate with team members and communicate any workflow challenges or quality concerns.\nSupport additional production tasks as needed based on business demand.\nWHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:\n1-2 years of consistent work experience in any field is preferred; prior experience in a production or operations environment is not required.\nHigh attention to detail and the ability to handle delicate materials with care.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.\nStrong work ethic and time management skills.\nWillingness to learn and follow established procedures.\nAbility to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent.\nAvailability to work overtime hours as needed.\nWHY YOU WILL LOVE WORKING WITH US:\nHourly rate of $16/hr., Full-time, M-F 8:15am - 5pm schedule\nComprehensive benefits including Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance.\nPTO & Paid Holidays.\n401(k) retirement plan with company match.\nCareer development & learning opportunities.\nWe understand that not everyone checks every box on a job description.
