In this role, you’ll support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise project management and transformation practices across client engagements.\nThis is a role for someone who loves connecting the dots-between strategy and execution, data and decisions, people and process. You’ll work closely with senior consultants and client teams to provide analysis, insights, and structure that enable high-IMPACT delivery across portfolios, programs, and projects.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPMO & Portfolio Analysis\nGather, analyze, and interpret portfolio and program data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.\n\nSupport portfolio prioritization, planning, and governance activities, ensuring alignment to strategic goals.\n\nDevelop dashboards, reports, and presentations that clearly communicate progress, risks, and opportunities.\n\nTrack benefits realization and ensure project outcomes are tied to measurable business impact.\n\nProject & Process Support\nCoordinate and track key milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies across initiatives.\n\nAssist in developing and maintaining PMO frameworks, templates, and processes aligned with the IMPACT Engine System™.\n\nSupport project scheduling, resource management, and reporting to ensure accuracy and visibility.\n\nIdentify process gaps and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and consistency across programs.\n\nChange & Communication Enablement\nSupport change and stakeholder management efforts, ensuring that messages, timelines, and impacts are clearly communicated.\n\nPartner with transformation leads to ensure project and portfolio updates are timely, accurate, and aligned with organizational priorities.\n\nHelp create artifacts, playbooks, and tools that reinforce alignment and adoption across stakeholder groups.\n\nContinuous Improvement & Knowledge Management\nParticipate in project retrospectives, capturing lessons learned and improvement opportunities.\n\nMaintain PMO repositories and knowledge bases, ensuring information is current, consistent, and accessible.\n\nContribute to internal GTG innovation efforts by refining templates, tools, and methodologies used across client engagements.\n\nWhat You Bring\n3-6+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or portfolio management support-consulting experience a plus.\n\nStrong analytical skills with experience in data visualization, metrics tracking, and portfolio reporting.\n\nProficiency with project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Planview, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, Power BI).\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for executive audiences.\n\nSolid understanding of project delivery lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).\n\nAbility to balance attention to detail with a broader understanding of strategic priorities.\n\nPMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred.\n\nIMPACT Engine System™ Certification preferred (support provided if not already certified).\n\nIdeal Candidate\nYou’re a curious problem-solver with a passion for structure, insights, and clarity.
