In this role, you’ll support end-to-end client engagements using the IMPACT Engine System™, ensuring that plans are executed smoothly, milestones are met, and teams are coordinated across initiatives.\nThis role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented delivery professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about helping organizations work smarter and deliver results that matter.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProject Coordination & Delivery Execution\nManage day-to-day delivery activities across engagements, ensuring progress against milestones, timelines, and deliverables.\nCoordinate multiple client workstreams, including scheduling, document management, reporting, and meeting facilitation.\nSupport client teams through each IES stage, helping deliver assessments, roadmaps, business cases, and MVP implementation.\nTrack action items, dependencies, and risks, escalating blockers early and ensuring visibility across stakeholders.\nEnsure alignment with the IES delivery framework, reinforcing use of standard tools and templates to drive consistency and quality.\nClient Engagement & Communication\nAct as the operational point of contact for client stakeholders and consultants, ensuring smooth information flow and collaboration.\nPrepare agendas, briefing documents, and status reports to keep internal and client teams informed and on track.\nFacilitate internal and client team meetings, capturing decisions, surfacing concerns, and maintaining momentum.\nSupport change management and communications activities, helping ensure messages are delivered consistently and timely.\nDelivery Quality & Process Support\nUse IMPACT Engine System™ templates and processes to maintain delivery consistency and high standards.\nSupport measurement of impact and performance, ensuring KPIs and value tracking plans are captured and updated.\nAssist with preparation of client deliverables, proposals, dashboards, and lessons learned summaries.\nContribute to continuous improvement, offering feedback and insight to enhance our internal delivery toolkit and practices.\nWhat You Bring\n5-8+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in consulting, transformation, or PMO environments.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen ability to manage shifting priorities across multiple engagements.\nSolid communication and facilitation abilities, with experience preparing client-ready documents and managing stakeholder communications.\nExperience supporting business transformation, strategic projects, or PMO development initiatives.\nComfort with both traditional and agile methodologies, and familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.\n IMPACT Engine System™ experience preferred but not required (training/certification available).\nPMP or other project management certifications preferred.\nA collaborative, proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.\nIdeal Candidate\nYou’re an execution expert who loves structure, clarity, and progress.
