Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategische Beschaffung im Bereich Metall und Chassis auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
  • Planung, Koordination und Durchführung globaler sowie bereichsübergreifender Ausschreibungen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Beschaffungs- und Lieferantenstrategien unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Marktbedingungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Einkaufsteams und strategischen Geschäftspartnern
  • Sicherstellung der Beschaffungsanforderungen in Abstimmung mit Projektmanagement, Qualitätssicherung und Entwicklung
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Lieferanten- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Erstellung und Präsentation von Vergabeentscheidungen in relevanten Entscheidungsgremien
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Realisierung von Kosteneinsparpotenzialen
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen und Beschaffungsstrategien

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise im Bereich Metall, Chassis oder Automobilindustrie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lieferantenmanagement sowie in der Entwicklung von Beschaffungsstrategien
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung internationaler Ausschreibungen und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Gutes Verständnis von Marktanalysen, Kostenstrukturen und Beschaffungsprozessen
  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Erfahrung in der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Hohes Kostenbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Internationale Teamfähigkeit und interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen Einkaufssystemen von Vorteil
