Enterprise Infrastructure Manager - Site Reliability Center (Infrastructure - Database Technologies)

As an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager within PNC's Site Reliability Center organization, you will be based in Birmingham, AL, Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Dallas, TX.

Job duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Lead Operational Database Services across MongoDB, MySQL, Neo4j, and Informatica platforms, ensuring stable, secure, and highly available database services through disciplined operational governance and execution.
• Drive Automation and Operational Efficiency by identifying repetitive manual activities, expanding self-service and automated execution capabilities, improving consistency, reducing risk, and enabling teams to focus on higher-value engineering and operational work.
• Own Incident Response and Service Restoration, providing leadership during production incidents, coordinating DBA resources, driving rapid root cause identification, service recovery, escalation management, and post-incident corrective actions to reduce recurrence.
• Manage Change Execution and Operational Readiness, ensuring database changes, maintenance activities, upgrades, patching, vulnerability remediation, and recovery procedures are planned, tested, executed, and validated in accordance with enterprise change controls.

• Promote Proactive Reliability Engineering, establishing monitoring, health checks, capacity and performance management, resiliency testing, and preventive maintenance practices that identify risks early and prevent customer-impacting incidents before they occur.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Job Description

• Delivers products/services in alignment with business needs and objectives. Responsible for multiple teams or departments within the Enterprise Infrastructure function.
• Contributes to infrastructure planning, development strategies/initiatives and product lifecycle/service orientation; determines current and future enterprise infrastructure needs. Oversees portfolio/program/project management responsibilities. Directs financial management and risk management capabilities.
• Contributes to stable and secure environment, incident management, product health/patching, and the asset management lifecycle. May communicate with vendors, suppliers and executive management to ensure availability of infrastructure technologies and support.
• Implements best practices for technology architecture and management.
• Directs, motivates, develops and oversees the performance of the management team and key staff.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $100,100.00 - $223,800.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
