successful delivery of business outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProgram Leadership & Delivery\nLead complex, enterprise-wide payment modernization programs supporting C&IB strategic objectives.\nManage multiple interconnected projects and workstreams across business and technology organizations.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive program plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps.\nDrive successful execution of payment transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment with business priorities and technology strategies.\nMonitor program health, delivery metrics, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns as appropriate.\nEnsure program objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned with approved business outcomes.\nFacilitate Go-to-Green planning and resolution of critical execution challenges.\nProvide leadership and oversight for initiatives focused on payment platform modernization and transformation.\nPartner with payment product, operations, and technology teams to implement enhancements across payment processing capabilities.\nSupport modernization initiatives involving ACH, wire transfers, real-time payments, digital payments, and payment infrastructure transformation.\nDrive adoption of modern payment standards, operating models, and technology solutions.\nUnderstand evolving industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging payment technologies to inform program strategy and execution.\nIdentify opportunities to improve scalability, resiliency, automation, and operational effectiveness within payment ecosystems.\nStakeholder & Executive Management\nPartner with senior leaders across C&IB, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Compliance.\nServe as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders by providing timely and transparent updates on program performance.\nLead governance forums, steering committees, executive reviews, and stakeholder meetings.\nInfluence strategic decisions through data-driven recommendations and effective communication.\nTranslate complex technical concepts and delivery risks into business-focused insights and executive-level messaging.\nFacilitate alignment among diverse stakeholder groups to achieve program objectives.\nFinancial & Resource Management\nDevelop and manage program budgets, forecasts, financial plans, and funding allocations.\nMonitor financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions when necessary.\nPartner with Finance and business sponsors during annual planning and forecasting cycles.\nEnsure effective utilization of program resources while balancing delivery priorities and organizational capacity.\nCoordinate resource planning across technology and business teams supporting program execution.\nGovernance, Risk & Compliance\nEnsure adherence to TPMO methodologies, governance standards, enterprise controls, and PNC processes.\nEstablish effective governance frameworks that support delivery transparency and accountability.\nIdentify, assess, and manage program risks, assumptions, issues, decisions, and dependencies.\nPartner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams to support regulatory and control requirements.\nEnsure quality standards, controls, and documentation requirements are maintained throughout the program lifecycle.\nSupport audit reviews, remediation activities, and governance assessments as required.\nOperational Excellence & Continuous Improvement\nDrive process improvements that enhance program value indicators.\nKey Skills & Qualifications:\nProject, program, portfolio, or technology delivery management experience.\nDemonstrated experience leading large-scale strategic initiatives within financial services or banking organizations.\nExperience delivering payment modernization, payments transformation, or payment technology initiatives.\nStrong understanding of payment ecosystems, including ACH, wire transfers, real-time payments, payment processing, and related operational workflows.\nExperience managing complex technology programs involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and delivery teams.\nStrong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning capabilities.\nExceptional communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.\nExperience leading Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.\nDemonstrated ability to manage risks, resolve issues, and drive execution within highly regulated environments.\nExperience supporting Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) or Treasury Management organizations preferred.\nKnowledge of payments regulations, industry standards, and risk
