As a Quantitative Analytics & Model Development Analyst Sr within PNC's Finance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH.As part of the Balance Sheet Management team, you will contribute to PNC’s measurement and projection of interest rate risk and liquidity risk.\nThe role will provide opportunities for visibility and engagement with corporate treasury stakeholders, line of business, and risk management partners.\nYou will work closely with the Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) application, which is our core application for balance sheet modeling, and be responsible for the execution and management of assumptions and reporting output.\nIn addition to QRM, fluency with Excel, SQL, Python, PowerBI, and LLM-assisted tools will be critical in delivering detailed and thoughtful analytics.\nExperience with balance sheet modeling, banking products, macroeconomics, and financial engineering/mathematics is preferred.\nThe ideal candidate will possess strong intellectually curiosity, attention to detail, problem-solving, strong communication skills, and the desire to work in a dynamic environment.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Makes recommendations based on analyses.\nAnalyzes and develops new model frameworks by supporting the line of business. Refines, monitors, and reviews existing models. Conducts on-going communication with model owners and model developers during the course of the review. Works with larger, more complex datasets to create models.\nPerforms quantitative analysis and develops complex reports. Performs qualitative and quantitative assessments of all aspects of models including theoretical aspects, model design and implementation as well as data quality and integrity. Analyzes complex data and associated quantitative analysis.
