This role oversees all aspects of hotel performance, including guest satisfaction, financial results, employee engagement, sales and revenue growth, operational excellence, and asset preservation. The General Manager serves as the property's senior leader, fostering a culture of service excellence, accountability, and teamwork while ensuring alignment with brand standards and ownership objectives. This position reports to the Regional Vice President of Operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead all operational managers to success in daily, weekly, monthly and annual action plans related to the property strategic plan.\nPlan, organize, facilitate, attend, and/or participate in various hotel and departmental meetings. Ensure compliance with brand-standard operating procedures and policies.\nDevelop and manage execution of ALL budgets and revenue forecasts.\nDevelop and implement controls for expense management, such as labor management tools.\nPartners with the Human Resources team on employee relations, performance management, grievance administration, collective bargaining, and other team initiatives\nAs a member of the Executive Committee for the property, the General Manager is expected to help create and execute the financial objectives of the hotel.\nThe Offer: we offer a competitive compensation package, including:\nMedical, dental and vision insurance\n401(K) with employer match\nGenerous travel discounts at Noble House Hotel and Resorts\nPaid time off and paid holidays\nSalary Range:\n$230,000 to $245,000/year\nEligible for an annual performance bonus opportunity based on achievement of hotel and individual performance objectives\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) Include but not limited to\nGuest Satisfaction Scores\nEmployee Engagement and Retention\nRevPAR Growth\nADR Performance\nGOP and EBITDA Performance\nLabor Cost Management\nPhysical Requirements:\nOccasionally push/Pull/Lift 25 + pounds\nEndure various physical movements throughout the work areas.\nRemain in stationary and mobile position for 8 hours throughout work shift.\nAbility to walk and stand for extended periods throughout the property.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.\nEquivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.\nExperience\nMinimum of 7-10 years of progressive hotel leadership experience in a luxury hotel/resort environment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager.\nA minimum of 5 years of experience managing in a union environment.\nImmersion in the following resort divisions is highly desirable: Food & Beverage, Front Desk and/or Rooms.\nExperience with full service, resort, luxury, or branded hotel operations preferred.\nKnowledgeable in Forbes & Relais & Chateaux Standards preferred.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nDemonstrated facilitation of organizational change management, particularly in a long-standing, traditional resort or property.\nStrong leadership and team development skills.\nDemonstrated financial acumen and budget management expertise.\nProven ability to drive guest satisfaction and operational performance.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.\nCreate a culture where employees want to stay and grow.\nBalance owner expectations with associate experience.\nServe as the face of the property within the community.\nRespond to operational issues and emergencies outside of normal business hours.\nNoble House Hotels & Resorts are proud to encourage and support an environment where everyone can be a successful team member (come as they are) as their true authentic self.
