You’ll prepare quotes, process purchase orders, maintain accurate records, and work closely with internal teams to keep customers informed and orders on track.\nThis role is a great fit for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, organizing details, and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nCustomer Support & Quotations\nPrepare accurate, timely customer quotations by coordinating pricing, product availability, and lead times with internal teams.\n\nMaintain quotation records and follow up on outstanding quotes.\n\nSupport sales and business development teams with customer requests and order-related inquiries.\n\nBuild strong customer relationships through responsive service and proactive communication.\n\nOrder Management\nReview and process customer purchase orders, confirming pricing, product configurations, delivery requirements, and commercial terms.\n\nEnter orders accurately into the ERP system and send order acknowledgments.\n\nMaintain complete, accurate customer records and order documentation.\n\nRespond to questions about pricing, order status, shipments, and delivery schedules.\n\nOrder Fulfillment & Coordination\nPartner with operations, purchasing, production, assembly, testing, and logistics teams to coordinate order fulfillment.\n\nMonitor orders throughout the production and delivery process.\n\nIdentify potential delays, material shortages, or scheduling conflicts and work with internal teams to address them.\n\nCommunicate delivery commitments and changes to customers and internal stakeholders.\n\nHelp prioritize and expedite urgent orders and escalate concerns when needed.\n\nReporting & Process Improvement\nKeep ERP and CRM records accurate and current.\n\nSupport reporting on order fulfillment, customer service performance, and month-end or quarterly activity.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve order accuracy, efficiency, and the customer experience.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nAt least 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, sales support, sales operations, account coordination, or a related role.\n\nExperience using an ERP system, such as Epicor, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or a comparable platform.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on customer requests.\n\nA customer-focused approach and the ability to work effectively across teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nAssociate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.\n\nExperience in manufacturing, assembly, electronics, technology, or distribution.\n\nFamiliarity with order fulfillment, supply chain, and logistics processes.\n\nExperience managing customer transactions and coordinating order requirements.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nYou’ll help customers receive timely quotations, accurate orders, and clear updates throughout the fulfillment process. Success in this role means maintaining reliable records, addressing issues proactively, and working with internal teams to support on-time delivery and strong customer relationships.\nCOMPENSATION:\nThe base salary range for this position is $55,000.00 to $65,000.00; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.\nBENEFITS OVERVIEW:\nWe offer a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D coverage, short- and long-term disability, a 401(k) retirement plan, annual discretionary salary increases and bonuses.
