This role works closely with the integration team to ensure systems meet quality, functionality, and performance standards prior to shipment.\nThe ideal candidate has a strong technical aptitude, enjoys diagnosing hardware and system issues, and is comfortable working with complex computing equipment in a fast-paced production environment.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nSystem Testing & Validation\nPrepare and connect server and storage systems to designated test environments.\nExecute functional, performance, diagnostic, and burn-in testing using approved software and test procedures.\nMonitor test progress, review system logs, and verify systems meet established pass/fail criteria.\nEnsure all required testing is completed and documented prior to release.\nTroubleshooting & Problem Resolution\nInvestigate and diagnose hardware, software, networking, and configuration-related issues identified during testing.\nIsolate failed components and perform authorized replacements or corrective actions.\nRetest systems following repairs to verify successful resolution.\nEscalate complex technical issues to Engineering, Quality, or Product Support teams as needed.\nDocumentation & Quality Assurance\nRecord test results, repairs, and system information within manufacturing and inventory systems.\nMaintain accurate documentation of failures, corrective actions, and retest outcomes.\nVerify systems meet customer, engineering, and quality requirements.\nFollow established manufacturing, quality, ESD, and safety procedures.\nProduction Support\nSupport the movement, staging, and preparation of systems throughout the testing process.\nMaintain an organized work area and contribute to efficient production flow.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve testing efficiency and quality.\nRequirements\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\n2+ years of experience in hardware testing, electronics manufacturing, system integration, server support, networking, or a related technical field.\nExperience troubleshooting computer hardware and system-level issues.\nBasic understanding of networking concepts, including Ethernet connectivity and IP addressing.\nAbility to read and follow technical documentation, test procedures, and work instructions.\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\nNice to Have\nAssociate degree in Information Technology, Electronics, Computer Engineering Technology, or a related field.\nExperience testing enterprise servers, storage systems, networking equipment, or data center hardware.\nFamiliarity with Linux operating systems.\nExperience working with manufacturing test software, diagnostic tools, or production environments.\nKnowledge of SSDs, NVMe storage, PCIe devices, networking hardware, and related technologies.\nExperience working in an OEM, contract manufacturing, or high-volume production environment.\nCOMPENSATION:\nThe base range for this position is $22.11 to $25.00; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.\nBENEFITS OVERVIEW:\nWe offer a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D coverage, short- and long-term disability, a 401(k) retirement plan, annual discretionary salary increases and bonuses.
