Allocate jobs in WIP, making sure material handler’s pick the correct parts according to established policies and procedures. Maintain accurate inventory of designated BINs.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified\nExperience in a high-volume, automated manufacturing environment\nBasic arithmetic skills\nAbility to communicate (written and verbally) in English\nAbility to multitask and work as a team\nAbility to read and follow work instructions \nProficient with barcode scanning equipment\nProficient with computer systems (such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc)\nKnowledge of Epicor a plus\nWORKING CONDITIONS:\nThe work environment characteristics are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nEnsure accurate and timely fulfillment of jobs to guarantee continuous operation \nEnsure part quantities and locations are accurate during each phase of the process\nComplete inventory transactions and ensure that the correct part numbers and quantities are used and entered in the system\nPerform physical inventory counts \nIssue materials for each job to be picked by material handlers\nReview jobs for discrepancies and work with management and operators to correct as needed\nReturn material when jobs are canceled\nPerform Parts Convert when needed\nMove finished product in the system \nVerify all job materials are in accordance with BOM\nDo filling and scanning as necessary to ensure that records are stored properly and available when needed\nCreate reports and presentations as needed\nPerform all duties in compliance with PNY’s procedures and guidelines in order to minimize inventory discrepancies\nAssist in other areas, as assigned\nCOMPENSATION:\nThe base salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.\nBENEFITS OVERVIEW:\nWe offer a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D coverage, short- and long-term disability, a 401(k) retirement plan, annual discretionary salary increases and bonuses.
