speed. \nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Literature, Creative Writing, Media, Communications, or a related field.\nProven experience in scriptwriting, content localization, or storytelling for audio/video platforms.\nStrong leadership experience managing writers or creative teams. \nDeep understanding of narrative structure, pacing, and audience engagement strategies.\nExperience working with AI-based writing/adaptation tools is preferred.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and drive decisions.\nExcellent communication, feedback, and stakeholder
