You decide who to target, how to reach them and what to say, you sell, and you turn what works into the outbound playbook. You have a large user base to mine, segments that already convert, and a GTM ops person building the tooling next to you. This is a hands-on role: you write the emails, make the calls, run the demos and close.\nWhat you'll own\nOutbound from zero: target companies and people, messaging, sequences, offer\n\nSelling end to end: discovery, demos, pilots, negotiation, closing team plans of 10 to thousands of seats\n\nThe outbound playbook: targeting, messaging, sequences, objections, pricing, handoffs, etc.\n\nA clean pipeline in the CRM\n\nFeedback to product and marketing: what buyers ask for, what stops them, what pricing works\n\nYour funnel numbers: reply rate, meeting rate, close rate, and what you change when they move\n\nWhat we're looking for\nYou've built outbound before: picked the targets, written the messaging, closed the deals\n\n1+ years selling B2B software or hardware\n\nYou write emails people reply to\n\nAI-native: LLMs, enrichment and automations are how you work\n\nData-minded: you know your funnel and act on it\n\nFine with no playbook, a stack still being built, and decisions that are yours\n\nBonus points for:\nSelling hardware plus subscription\n\nBuilding your own outbound stack\n\nWhat we offer\nThe first sales seat in a fast-growing B2B function\n\nA path to leading outbound as it scales\n\nDirect impact on how the company grows, with direct founder access\n\nHigh-trust, high-responsibility environment\n\nCompetitive base, commission on what you close, and equity\n\nAbout Pocket\nPocket is a Y Combinator W26 company building a premium hardware plus software product in the AI voice recorder space.
