They only pay off if a team that starts with Pocket keeps using it, adds seats and renews, and nobody owns that yet. You do. Once a company signs, the account is yours: you get it live, grow it and renew it, and you write down how Pocket does account management as you go. This is a hands-on role: you run the onboarding calls, chase inactive seats, ask for the expansion and close the renewal.\nWhat you'll own\nExpansion: more devices and seats in accounts that already buy\n\nRenewals: on time, with attach rate going up\n\nThe account playbook: onboarding, check-ins, expansion asks, renewals, etc.\n\nAccount health in the CRM: activation, usage, seats, renewal date, next step\n\nFeedback to product and support: what teams need, what admins ask for, what breaks at rollout\n\nWhat we're looking for\nYou've owned a book of business accounts: onboarding, expansion and renewals, with numbers to show for it\n\n2+ years in account management or customer success at a B2B software or hardware company\n\nYou've run rollouts: devices shipped, admins set up, growing usage of the product\n\nAI-native: LLMs and automations are how you work\n\nData-minded: you know activation, usage and renewal dates for every account, and you act on them\n\nBonus points for:\nHardware plus subscription product\n\nBuilding account management from scratch\n\nAdmin tooling, SSO or security reviews from the customer side\n\nWhat we offer\nThe first account management seat in a fast-growing B2B function\n\nA path to leading account management as it scales\n\nDirect impact on how the company grows, with direct founder access\n\nHigh-trust, high-responsibility environment\n\nCompetitive base, variable on expansion and renewals, and equity\n\nAbout Pocket\nPocket is a Y Combinator W26 company building a premium hardware plus software product in the AI voice recorder space.
