Anyone can launch a market, and anyone, anywhere can trade on it 24/7.\nAs we ship new versions of Pod, we need someone to use the product the way traders do, find what breaks, and make sure every critical flow works before it reaches users.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for a QA Engineer to own testing of the Pod trading experience across web and mobile.\nThis is a hands-on, product-focused QA role. You'll test new features and releases directly. You'll connect wallets, deposit and withdraw funds, place and cancel orders, and check fills and auction results. You'll also check that balances, positions, margin and PnL are correct, and you'll test market creation. You'll look for anything that's confusing, slow or wrong from a user's point of view.\nYou'll work closely with the engineering and product teams to understand what changed in each release, define test cases, and maintain the release checklist. Over time, you'll automate the checks that repeat before every release.\nWhat You'll Do\nTest new Pod features and releases before they ship. This is the core of the role.\n\nRun exploratory testing on trading screens, order books, charts, account pages and onboarding flows.\n\nCheck that what users see matches what happened: order status, fills, balances, positions, fees and transaction history.\n\nTest across browsers, devices and wallets, and on slow or unstable connections.\n\nBuild and own Pod's automated test suite, including end-to-end tests for key user flows in tools such as Playwright or Cypress, run before every release.\n\nWrite clear bug reports with steps to reproduce, expected and actual behavior, screenshots, screen recordings and console logs.\n\nWork with the right engineer to get bugs fixed, verified and released.\n\nQualifications\nExperience in QA or software testing for web or mobile products.\n\nStrong manual and exploratory testing skills. You can write practical test cases, reproduce bugs and document issues clearly.\n\nAble to write code in TypeScript, JavaScript or Python for test automation and scripting.\n\nClose attention to detail, especially with numbers, balances and state changes.\n\nComfortable using browser dev tools to inspect network requests and console errors.\n\nExperience with test automation, especially end-to-end or browser tests.\n\nStrong ownership of release quality.
