Keep work moving, close gaps, and document how we win so the pod can scale.\nYour work ensures clarity, momentum, and quality in every campaign - freeing strategists to think and lead while the pod executes with precision and flow.\nWithin a 90-120 day ramp, you’ll be ready to take partial ownership of campaigns and client communications with confidence.\nThe Role\nAs an Associate Strategist, you’re the connective tissue of the pod where clarity meets action. You turn strategy into motion, help maintain our command centers, and ensure every moving part flows smoothly from planning to execution.\nYou’ll be deeply embedded in the rhythm of the work: running daily operations, anticipating needs before they’re spoken, and documenting the playbook as we go.\nYour craft is flow - the ability to keep people, systems, and priorities aligned so that every campaign lands cleanly and every win is repeatable.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in structure, loves creating order, and takes pride in making teams look and feel more capable than before.\nWhat You’ll Own\n1. Program Management & Pod Operations\nMaintain the Command Center daily - updating task status, owners, and next steps.\nPrioritize and sequence deliverables so campaigns move forward without friction.\nRun a daily Hot List of blockers and ensure each one has an owner and ETA.\nProactively identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.\n2. Meeting Operations & Communication\nPrep meeting agendas, capture structured notes, and summarize decisions + follow-ups.\nPublish clear daily EOD summaries (3 wins, 3 risks, 3 next actions).\nSupport client standups and internal calls when strategist coverage is needed.\n3. Documentation & SOPs\nTranslate strategist frameworks and workflows into clear, reusable SOPs.\nMaintain a monthly SOP change log and archive outdated versions.\nIdentify repeatable processes and document them to support scale.\n4. Creator & Campaign Support\nMaintain the creator pipeline - track stages, sampling status, Spark Code progress, and GMV.\nPrepare creator briefs, message drafts, and campaign one-pagers.\nCoordinate listings, PIDs, and sample logistics with virtual admins and ops.\nStep into short-term strategist coverage during spikes or absences, maintaining the integrity of approved strategy and budget.\n5. Reporting & Scorecards\nUpdate weekly dashboards (Shop, Ads, Creator).\nReport key performance notes - wins, risks, and next actions.\nSurface insights that help the pod and strategist make smarter decisions.\nYour Rhythm\nDaily: Command Center hygiene, EOD summaries, resolve blockers.\nWeekly: Retro + priorities with strategist, creator/content board updates, ad\nsnapshot (spend, ROAS, top creatives).\nMonthly: SOP reviews and documentation updates.\nDecision Rights\nPrioritize pod sprints and task sequencing within approved strategy.\nAdjust timelines by up to 3 business days to maintain flow (escalate if strategic).\nCommunicate directly with clients for recaps or updates; escalate anything tied to scope, budget, or strategy.\nWe thank all applicants for applying, but only successful candidates will be contacted.\nWhy Join Podean?\nPodean is proud to be recognized as one of Digiday’s Best Employers for Remote Employees.
