This is a client-facing role that requires hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and/or Mercado Libre Ads, as well as the ability to build strong client relationships, translate business goals into actionable media strategies, and clearly communicate campaign performance and recommendations.\nWhat You'll Do:\nServe as the primary client-facing contact for marketplace media, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted partner.\nLead regular client conversations around campaign performance, strategy, optimizations, and growth opportunities.\nDevelop and implement strategic media roadmaps, including test plans and risk/benefit analyses.\nTranslate client business objectives into marketplace media strategies and tactical execution plans.\nPresent performance insights, results, and strategic recommendations to clients in a clear and actionable way.\nUse data-driven insights and problem-solving skills to continually optimize campaign performance.\nCollaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure successful campaign execution.\nManage and mentor marketplace specialists, setting clear goals, timelines, and development plans.\nConduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and accountability.\nWhat We're Looking For:\n3+ years of hands-on marketplace media experience, including direct experience managing campaigns on Amazon Ads and/or Mercado Libre Ads.\nProven client-facing experience, including leading client meetings, presenting campaign performance and recommendations, and managing ongoing client relationships.\nStrong knowledge of marketplace advertising, campaign optimization, performance analysis, and media strategy.\nExperience with additional advertising or marketplace platforms is a plus.\nExperience with LATAM eCommerce and retail media is highly valued.\nProven ability to lead teams, coach junior staff, and drive results through others.\nAdvanced data analysis and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.\nProficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts; macros are a plus) and familiarity with media platforms such as PacVue, Sellics, Teikametrics, or Perpetua.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nComfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote, global environment.\nWhy Join Podean?\nPodean is proud to be recognized as one of Digiday’s Best Employers for Remote Employees.
