We combine strategic expertise, data-driven insights, and creative innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes for our clients.\nWe’re looking for a Media Specialist to join our team and support the execution and optimization of advertising campaigns across Amazon and other retail media platforms.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone early in their retail media who wants to build hands-on marketplace advertising experience while working alongside experienced Media Managers. You’ll support campaign setup, optimization, budget monitoring, reporting, and performance analysis while developing your knowledge of Amazon Ads and other marketplace advertising platforms.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport the setup and ongoing management of Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.\nMonitor campaign performance, budgets, and pacing, and flag potential issues or opportunities to the Media Manager.\nSupport campaign optimizations, including bids, budgets, keywords, search terms, targeting, and negative keywords.\nPull and organize campaign performance data and prepare weekly and monthly reports.\nHelp identify performance trends and optimization opportunities based on campaign data.\nMaintain campaign structures, naming conventions, and account documentation.\nSupport Media Managers with monthly reporting, QBR preparation, and other client deliverables.\nAssist with campaigns across additional retail media platforms such as Mercado Libre and Walmart Connect, depending on client needs.\nCollaborate with Media Managers, Account Managers, and other internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time.\nContinue developing your knowledge of Amazon Ads, retail media, and marketplace best practices.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n6+ months of hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, retail media, paid media, or a related area.\nBasic understanding of digital advertising and key campaign performance metrics.\nSome hands-on experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads or another marketplace advertising platform.\nComfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets and large datasets.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance from senior team members.\nAnalytical mindset and interest in learning how to use campaign data to improve performance.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nComfortable collaborating with a remote team.\nEnglish proficiency sufficient to communicate with internal/global teams.\nNice to Have\nExperience with Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, or Sponsored Display.\nExposure to Amazon DSP.\nExperience with Mercado Libre Ads, Walmart Connect, or other retail media platforms.\nFamiliarity with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.\nExperience with PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, or similar Excel functions.\nPrevious agency or eCommerce experience.\nWhy Join Podean?\nPodean is proud to be recognized as one of Digiday’s Best Employers for Remote Employees.
