You’ll work closely with the Brazil Media Manager and Account Managers to analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, develop media plans, and provide insights and recommendations to clients.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone with practical Amazon Ads experience, particularly Sponsored Ads/Search, who enjoys working with campaign data, improving media performance, and turning results into actionable recommendations.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns.\nMonitor campaign performance, budgets, bids, keywords, and targeting.\nAnalyze media results and identify opportunities for improvement.\nBuild media plans and performance reports for client accounts.\nPresent media performance, insights, and recommendations during client meetings.\nPartner with Account Managers on weekly client calls and account priorities.\nSupport campaigns on additional retail media platforms when needed.\nStay up to date with Amazon Ads tools, policies, and best practices.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n1-3+ years of experience in digital media, performance marketing, retail media, or a related area.\nAt least 1 year of hands-on experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads/Search Ads.\nExperience managing PPC campaigns and analyzing media performance.\nAbility to independently manage day-to-day campaign activity across client accounts.\nComfortable presenting campaign results and recommendations in Portuguese.\nStrong organization and attention to detail.\nFunctional English to communicate with global colleagues.\nLocation: Brazil (preference for candidates based in São Paulo)\nNice to have\nExperience with Amazon DSP.\nExperience with Mercado Livre, Shopee, or TikTok Ads.\nExperience working in an agency or managing multiple client accounts.\nWhy Join Podean?\nPodean is proud to be recognized as one of Digiday’s Best Employers for Remote Employees.
