This role demands hands-on expertise managing complex accounts, shaping and executing strategic direction, and a passion for guiding clients and team members to success. As the go-to marketplace media expert, you will unlock opportunities for growth, innovation, and excellence while leading the day-to-day management of client partnerships and growing your media teams.\nResponsibilities: \nLead the strategic direction and performance of a portfolio of complex accounts, ensuring strong client outcomes and business growth\nServe as a combination of primary day-to-day contact for complex clients and escalation for smaller brands with media specialist support\nLeading regular meetings and provide direction to account team, driving efficiency and unity\nOversee holistic media strategies that align with client business objectives, market trends, and emerging opportunities \nLeverage data and performance insights to inform strategic recommendations, optimize campaigns, and maximize media effectiveness\nDevelop and present QBRs and reporting in collaboration with cross-functional teams, translating complex campaign data into a clear, actionable narrative\nDevelop long-term strategic roadmaps for clients and lead testing initiatives to drive continuous growth and innovation\nPartner cross-functionally with internal teams to drive alignment, collaboration, and successful execution across account initiatives\nServe as a trusted advisor by educating clients on industry trends, best practices, and new platform capabilities\nLead and develop account teams through coaching, mentorship, and strategic guidance to strengthen capabilities and drive high-quality execution\nDevelop and improve internal processes that transcend beyond just media\nDevelop best practices as a SME and garner buy-in from internal and external teams\nExperience\n6+ years, including hands-on keyboard experience managing Amazon Search and DSP across multiple industries\nHands-on keyboard management experience on Walmart, Target, or other eRetail media campaigns, and using campaign bidding/management tools.\nProven ability to manage people, lead teams, and unlock potential in others.\nStrong data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills to deliver measurable results and insights.\nAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, chart building; Visual Basic macros a plus) and familiarity with Amazon tools like PacVue, Sellics, Teikametrics, or Perpetua.\nStrong professional presence and communication skills to influence and inspire clients and teams.\nAbility to multitask across priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong experience in creating and implementing team structures and process improvements \nThe expected salary range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
