This is a highly operational, detail-oriented role with exposure to TikTok Shop, media reporting, and ecommerce budget tracking.\nYou’ll work closely with internal teams (media, content, ecommerce) and external partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly, reporting is accurate, and budgets are tracked effectively.\nThis is a great role for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience across media, ecommerce, and social commerce.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSocial Commerce & Campaign Execution\nManage day-to-day TikTok Shop operations, including product setup, PDP updates, and catalog accuracy\nSupport campaign launches, promotions, and product updates\nMonitor platform performance and proactively flag issues\nMedia Reporting & Insights\nMaintain weekly and monthly reporting trackers across paid media channels\nConsolidate performance data from internal teams and external partners \nSupport basic performance insights and summaries\nBudget Tracking & Operations\nTrack budgets, POs, and invoices across media and ecommerce initiatives\nPartner with internal teams to ensure spend is accurate and up to date\nHelp resolve discrepancies and maintain clean financial tracking\nGeneral Coordination\nMaintain trackers, timelines, and documentation across projects\nSupport meeting coordination, notes, and follow-ups\nIdentify gaps or inefficiencies and escalate early\nWhat We’re Looking For\n1 - 3 years of experience in ecommerce, media, or operations\nStrong attention to detail and organization\nComfortable working in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)\nInterest in social commerce and emerging platforms (TikTok Shop is a plus)\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nExperience with TikTok Shop or retail media preferred\nWhy Join Podean?\nPodean is proud to be recognized as one of Digiday’s Best Employers for Remote Employees.
