Client Strategy & Growth\nOwn end-to-end client strategy - from shop structure and product selection to creator, media, and campaign planning\nDevelop quarterly growth plans and align them with GMV, contribution margin, and brand goals.\nLead weekly client standups and quarterly reviews; communicate results with clarity and confidence.\nIdentify new opportunities (creator programs, promos, partnerships) that strengthen brand performance.\n2. Team Leadership & Execution Oversight\nManage your pod’s day-to-day workflow with your Associate Strategist; ensure smooth coordination across creative, community, and operations.\nSet clear expectations and priorities for the week; monitor Command Center hygiene.\nEnsure all deliverables meet quality and timeliness standards; resolve blockers quickly and decisively.\nMaintain consistent communication across the TTS department and escalate structural issues when patterns emerge.\n3. Client Relationship Management\nServe as the single point of contact for your assigned brands.\nKeep clients informed, never surprised - recap meetings, flag risks, and document decisions.\nTranslate client feedback into clear actions and manage expectations with honesty and professionalism.\nProtect client trust by maintaining confidentiality and follow-through.\n4. Performance & Reporting\nOwn performance results across shop, creator, and ad metrics; track progress weekly.\nDeliver actionable insights: what worked, what didn’t, and what’s next.\nReview GMV, contribution margin, and conversion data with your Associate Strategist and Media Buyer weekly.\nPresent clean, digestible reports that tell the story behind the numbers.\n5. Cross-Department Collaboration\nPartner with Ops on new client onboarding, shop health, and system setup.\nWork with Creative and Community to ensure content aligns with brand positioning and sales strategy.\nCollaborate with Media to align ad strategy with organic momentum and creator performance.\n Contribute ideas for process and system improvements to the Head of TTS.\nDecision Rights\nFull ownership of client strategy, communication, and performance decisions.\nAuthority to approve budgets, campaign scopes, and creator selections within the client’s agreed parameters.\nDelegation rights across pod roles; may reassign internal priorities to maintain flow.\nEscalation required for:\nAny budget change >10%\nStrategic pivots affecting staffing or contract scope\nSensitive client escalations (legal, ethical, or reputational risk)\nKey Metrics for Success\nClient Health Score ≥ 80% (based on satisfaction, communication, retention, and performance)\nPortfolio CM target met or exceeded (as defined per client)\nPod execution rate ≥ 90% (on-time vs. planned tasks)\nAverage task turnaround time ≤ 48 hours (across pod deliverables)\nDocumentation accuracy ≥ 95% (client notes, recaps, reports)\nCreator performance: 70%+ of Spark assets meet or exceed benchmark GMV per post\nCadence\nDaily: Slack check-ins, pod task alignment, issue triage.\nWeekly: Client meeting, pod retro, and cross-functional sync.\nMonthly: Growth reporting and campaign retros.\nQuarterly: Strategic review and planning with Head of TTS.\nWe thank all candidates for applying, however, only successful candidates will be contacted. \nWhy Join Podean?\nPodean is proud to be recognized as one of Digiday’s Best Employers for Remote Employees.
