In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategies & partner with company leaders. You'll play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and driving hiring success in a fast-paced environment. You are passionate about building high performing teams and love challenges, have strong business acumen & deliver best-in-class candidate experience. \nWhat you will be doing:\nOwn end to end hiring from sourcing to offer across a variety of business organizations (Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, etc.)\nDevelop and execute recruiting strategies\nMap talent and identify companies that have the best talent and are working with in US market\nSourcing, screen and identify top talent\nTrack and analyze trends and metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence\nHelp identify and recommend scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategies\nWhat you should have:\n3+ years of end to end recruiting experience preferably recruiting for tech companies, selling into the US market.\nFluent in conversational and written English\nExcellent LinkedIn sourcing and interviewing skills\nThinks like an owner.
