Our Automotive team partners with dealerships, dealer groups and OEMs across Australia to transform how they engage customers through AI, messaging, lead management and integrations. As our Automotive business grows, we’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Onboarding Project Manager to own the implementation of our largest and most complex customers. You’ll lead multi-location, multi-product rollouts, keep stakeholders aligned and make sure customers have a seamless transition onto the Podium platform.\nWhat you will be doing:\nOwning end-to-end onboarding for large dealer groups and OEMs, from kick-off through to go-live and handover to Customer Success\n\nBuilding project plans covering milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies and responsibilities\n\nCoordinating pilots, staged rollouts and group-wide deployments across multiple dealerships, brands and locations\n\nActing as the primary project contact (alongside the CSM) for dealer group executives, head office stakeholders, dealership management and third-party providers\n\nSetting clear communication cadences and running progress reviews and status updates\n\nPartnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Technical Support, Integrations and CX teams to deliver integrations, AI configuration, testing and training\n\nTracking location-level readiness, training completion and go-live milestones\n\nIdentifying risks and roadblocks early, escalating where needed and driving resolution\n\nMaintaining project documentation, action registers and implementation trackers\n\nBuilding repeatable templates and processes to help scale Podium’s enterprise onboarding framework, and giving leadership visibility of project status, risks and resourcing\n\nWhat you should have:\n3-5+ years of experience in project management, implementation management or enterprise customer onboarding\n\nProven experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, locations or business units\n\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects\n\nExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior customer stakeholders and internal leadership\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks and competing priorities\n\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority\n\nA proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving\n\nExperience using project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet or similar\n\nWhat we hope you have:\nExperience in the automotive industry, particularly with dealership groups, OEMs or automotive technology providers\n\nExperience implementing SaaS platforms or enterprise technology solutions\n\nFamiliarity with CRM systems, third-party integrations, AI products or customer communication platforms\n\nExperience coordinating technical implementations involving multiple external vendors\n\nExperience managing phased rollouts across geographically dispersed locations\n\nProject management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile qualifications\n\nWhy you’ll love working here:\nBe part of a fast-growing Automotive business at the forefront of AI-powered customer communication\n\nLead high-profile implementations for some of Australia’s largest dealer groups and OEMs\n\nWork in a highly collaborative team across Customer Success, Sales, Product and Technical Support\n\nShape and build Podium’s enterprise onboarding framework\n\nOpen and transparent culture\n\nHealth and Wellbeing Benefits - $650/month allowance, spend it your way\n\n4 weeks of annual leave\n\nMelbourne CBD Office - Located on the corner of Queen & Collins St, with end-of-trip facilities and bike storage\n\nSnacks and drinks always stocked\n\nCatered lunch the last week of every month\n\nInterested?
