Someone who is scrappy, opinionated, and energized by building from zero to one in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You care more about what ships than what stack you’re shipping on, and you use AI tooling (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) as a genuine force multiplier, not a novelty. At Podium, you’ll have the chance to work on projects that directly shape the success of our platform and the businesses we support.\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\nYou'll own features end-to-end, from the first design conversation to production. You'll influence architecture, collaborate closely with product, design and business stakeholders, and help keep our systems reliable as we scale. You'll also invest in the people around you: sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and raising the team's collective ceiling.
