The Operator will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment used in the production of precast concrete components. The primary role involves ensuring that precast concrete products are manufactured to specifications, quality standards, and within deadlines. Secondary responsibilities include assisting at other company locations as needed.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOperate and maintain machinery used in the production of precast concrete products, including mixers, mold systems, cranes, and other equipment.\nRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure the correct production of precast components.\nPrepare and set up molds and forms according to project requirements.\nPour, smooth, and finish concrete according to specifications, ensuring high-quality output.\nMonitor production processes and adjust machine settings to ensure consistent quality.\nInspect products for quality assurance, ensuring all safety, quality, regulatory standards are met.\nPerform regular maintenance/cleaning of equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.\nFollow safety protocols and maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times.\nReport any equipment malfunctions, defects, or production delays to supervisors immediately.\nCollaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.\nAssist with the loading and unloading of precast components when necessary.\nMaintain accurate records of production runs, quantities, and materials used.\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nPrevious experience in precast concrete production or a related manufacturing field is preferred.\nAbility to operate heavy machinery and power tools safely.\nFamiliarity with reading technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.\nKnowledge of concrete materials, their properties, and finishing techniques.\nStrong attention to detail and a focus on quality control.\nAbility to work in a physically demanding environment and handle heavy lifting.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.\nBasic math skills and the ability to follow measurement instructions.\nGood communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.\nPhysical
