This role supports manufacturing operations through quality inspections, root cause analysis, corrective actions, process improvements, and Quality Management System (QMS) activities to achieve customer satisfaction and operational excellence.\n\nJob Responsibilities\nPerform quality inspections and testing on products and materials to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. \nInvestigate product and process quality issues and perform root cause analysis to implement corrective and preventive actions. \nMonitor and report quality performance indicators such as defects, scrap, rework, and customer complaints. \nSupport the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and related documentation. \nConduct product and process audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements. \nCoordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve quality-related issues promptly and effectively. \nAssist in first article/sample approvals and validation activities for new or revised products and processes. \nSupport continuous improvement initiatives through quality tools and problem-solving methodologies such as FMEA and Six Sigma concepts. \nPrepare and maintain inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and other quality-related records and documentation. \nParticipate in meetings, training, and cross-functional activities related to quality improvement and operational support.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field. \nMinimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC within semiconductor or electronics manufacturing. \nKnowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and root cause analysis. \nFamiliarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements and documentation control. \nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across
