The role covers customer quality issues, root cause analysis, corrective actions, NPI support, and continuous quality improvement, while working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to reduce defects, manage quality risks, and improve customer satisfaction.\n\nResponsibilities\nImplement and maintain customer quality requirements and standards in accordance with company, customer, and applicable industry requirements.\nMonitor customer quality performance using KPIs such as customer PPM, defect rates, RMA/complaint trends, and corrective action effectiveness, and recommend improvement actions.\nManage customer quality issues through containment, root cause analysis, 8D/CAPA, corrective actions, and effectiveness verification to ensure timely and sustainable resolution.\nAssist with customer quality investigations, evaluate product and process risks, document findings, and follow up on corrective actions.\nProvide quality engineering support for new product introduction and customer qualification, including review of specifications, FMEA, control plans, inspection criteria, and reliability/qualification results.\nWork closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Sales, and customers to resolve quality issues, communicate requirements, assess risks, and implement corrective actions.\nIdentify opportunities to improve product and process quality, and participate in initiatives to reduce defects, customer complaints, recurring issues, and overall customer quality risks.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related technical field); Master’s degree is preferred.\nMinimum 5–8 years of experience in customer quality, quality engineering, or manufacturing quality, preferably in semiconductor, optoelectronics, RF, high-speed interconnect, or electronics industries.\nStrong understanding of Quality Management Systems and quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100.\nExperience in customer quality management, failure analysis, FMEA, control plans, and corrective actions, with proficiency in 8D, CAPA, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.\nGood knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), quality tools, and data analysis, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills;
