You'll generate pipeline, work day-to-day alongside our CEO to open doors and qualify use cases, and use your consultative selling expertise to become a trusted partner to their leaders. Working with our deployments team, you'll define the multi-year initiatives that start with a single workstream and compound into turning a customer's entire business into software.\nThe results reflect our approach: a 100% production deployment success rate for our customers and one of the few enterprise AI companies to automate million-dollar back-office processes at 99% quality - due to our unique product.\nPoetic is backed by top investors including Founders Fund, OpenAI, and Kleiner Perkins.\nWhat We're Looking For\nProven success as a Majors / Strategic Account Executive or Account Director closing $1M+ ACV deals\n\n6+ years of Enterprise / Strategic GTM experience in AI, SaaS, cloud, or data platforms\n\nEstablished credibility within financial services, insurance, telecom, healthcare, supply chain, or other large industries, with relationships you can leverage to accelerate early pipeline\n\nA consultative, solutions-oriented approach that combines platform, product, and implementation to drive outcomes\n\nDeep curiosity about Poetic's capabilities and how they can solve a wide range of real-world problems\n\nWillingness to travel. Face-to-face time with senior executives is core to how this role wins\n\nWhat You'll Do\nDrive new business at the tip of the spear. Open new accounts through your own networks and partner directly with the founder to build pipeline and broker introductions between Poetic and large enterprises\n\nDefine and own commercial functions: contracting, MSAs, legal, and revenue lifecycle management\n\nSource initial engagements and collaborate with our Deployments function to transform them into multi-workflow, multi-year partnerships\n\nTranslate customer feedback, objections, and market signal back to the product and deployments teams to sharpen our positioning and product\n\nStrong Candidates Also Have\nExperience selling to and influencing the C-suite, with the credibility to drive deals at the executive level\n\nExperience building compounding multi-year partnerships with key parties in an industry\n\nExperience at companies where the sales motion is deeply technical, consultative, and implementation-heavy\n\nHiring experience: you've recruited and built GTM teams before and have a strong eye for talent\n\nPoetic\nPoetic is creating the next layer of human-computer interaction - combining the intelligence of AI with the reliability of software.
