Together, you will build out Poetic's hiring process in a rapid-growth environment.\nYou’ll be responsible for building reliable systems, analytics, and processes that enable us to hire efficiently as we grow. You’ll own our recruiting technology stack, establish strong data foundations, and leverage AI and automation to improve how our team operates.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n4+ years in Recruiting Operations at a high growth startup\n\nStrong hands-on experience configuring and improving a modern ATS; direct Ashby experience is required\n\nDeep experience with talent tools and reporting, building strategy out of ambiguity\n\nDemonstrated experience independently building AI-powered tools, automations, or internal applications to solve operational problems. Comfortable leveraging modern AI tools to rapidly prototype and deploy practical solutions.\n\nStrong analytical judgment, with experience diagnosing operational inefficiencies, prioritizing improvements, and translating recruiting data into actionable recommendations.\n\nExperience with data analytics.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience as one of the first talent hires at a startup\n\nBroader People Operations experience\n\nExperience with data enrichment and programming\n\nExperience organizing and coordinating events and complex logistics\n\nWhy This Role\nMost talent operations jobs come with a function already in place.
