What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up with warm leads generated through multiple marketing campaigns.
- Consult with prospective clients to evaluate their financial situation and offer tailored debt relief options.
- Enroll clients in suitable programs and help them begin their path to financial recovery.
- Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and track follow-up opportunities.
- Commit to learning and improving as a consultative closer.

- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- At least one (1) year of consultative sales experience (required)
- At least one (1) year in financial services sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High motivation and goal orientation
- CRM experience and basic tech proficiency
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
- Ability to reliably commute to Las Vegas, NV
- This position is in-office 5 days per week
