You can build a career in an industry that never has a shortage of business.\nThe Recruiter is responsible for executing the full-cycle recruitment activities to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Manager to identify talent needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, attract top talent in competitive markets and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-focused, highly organized, and experienced in sourcing and hiring quality candidates in a fast-paced environment. The Recruiter serves as a brand ambassador for the company, creating a positive candidate experience while ensuring efficient and compliant hiring practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding transition.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate requirements.\nSource candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.\nScreen applicants and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.\nSupport workforce planning efforts through talent market insights and recruiting data.\nPromote a positive candidate experience and employer brand throughout the hiring process.\nRepresent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and recruiting functions.\nMaintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\nEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.\nProvide recruiting updates and hiring progress reports to leadership.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.\nAt least three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience.\nExperience sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.\nExperience recruiting commission-based sales roles within the financial services industry preferred.\nExperience recruiting across multiple business functions, locations, and states preferred.\nStrong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.\nProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.\nCore Competencies\nFull-Cycle Recruiting\nStrategic Sourcing & Talent Attraction\nRelationship Building & Communication\nOrganization & Process Management\nCandidate Experience Excellence\nPerks of Joining our Team\nPay: $75,000 - $85,000 + hiring bonuses\nComprehensive health coverage - medical, dental, and vision plans\nPaid Time Off\nLife insurance\nOpportunities for growth and advancement through internal promotion potential\nTypical Work Environment/Conditions: Cubicle/office, air conditioned, moderate noise, extended phone and computer usage.\nEssential Functions/Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, speak on the phone, extended computer and keyboard use.\nWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
