You will play a vital role in the go-to-market process, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams around the world.\nAs founding EMEA FAE you will provide technical advisory and expertise on full system design, have the ability to not only build technical relationships but effectively influence lead engineer and technical decisions through technical storytelling. Must be deeply interested in debugging/troubleshooting/investigating technical challenges.\nSuccess in this role means being responsible and owning technical wins for proof of concepts.\nYou’ll work with prospects and customers in verticals such as autonomous vehicles, robotics, drones, industrial automation, and precision agriculture. From designing proof-of-concepts to architecture reviews to post-sales support, you’ll be instrumental in helping customers succeed with our technology.\nImmediate Areas of Focus\nPre-Sales Technical Engagement:\nPartner with the EMEA Sales team to understand customer needs and deliver technical presentations, workshops, and demos.\n\nDesign and execute proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to engage deeply with engineering teams and technical stakeholders to guide them through product evaluation and decision-making.\n\nSolution Architecture & Design:\nLead customers through architecture reviews, deployment planning, and systems integration design involving GNSS corrections, cloud services, autonomy stacks, and embedded systems.\n\nRecommend scalable integration strategies and help customers plan for high-precision, real-time positioning deployments.\n\nPost-Sales Technical Enablement & Support:\nSupport product integration, onboarding and adoption by providing hands-on technical guidance, documentation, and training.\n\nAct as the technical liaison between the customer and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.\n\nEnsure successful long-term product usage and contribute to technical success planning for key accounts.\n\nGlobal & Regional Collaboration:\nWork in close coordination with global counterparts in North America to ensure alignment on strategy, resources, and product support.\n\nServe as a bridge between EMEA customers and the global product/engineering organization, bringing localized insight to the global roadmap.\n\nSupport internal initiatives such as solution standardization, reusable assets, demo environments, and training content.\n\nQualifications\n2+ years of customer facing engineering role\n\n2+ years in a hardware, software and/or GNSS space\n\nOur Cultural Foundation\nAt Point One, our cultural and operating design is built around one guiding principle: we must move with extreme speed and efficiency of effort to stay in a leadership position.\nThis environment gives people a high level of autonomy and the ability to make a real impact.
