You will utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to help students develop positive behaviors, improve social skills, and succeed in their educational environment.\nWhy Join Us:\n· CEU/license reimbursement and tuition assistance\n· Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)\n· Paid sick time\n· Ongoing professional development opportunities\nWhat You’ll Do:\nConduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) using appropriate assessment tools, including VB-MAPP, ABAS, Vineland, QABF, FAST, preference assessments, and other data collection methods.\nAnalyze assessment results to identify the function of target behaviors and develop appropriate behavioral interventions using ABA principles.\nDevelop, implement, and monitor individualized Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs), including measurable goals and objectives.\nCollect, analyze, and graph behavioral data to monitor student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.\nCollaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior support strategies.\nProvide consultation, guidance, and training to school teams on behavioral interventions and strategies.\nSupervise and provide support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), as applicable.\nMust Have:\nMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related human services field.\nMinimum of two years of experience providing ABA services, including conducting FBAs, developing PBSPs, and providing staff training.\nMinimum of two years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or emotional or behavioral disorders.\nStrong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral assessment tools, and evidence-based interventions.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary school team.\nAbout Point Quest Group:\nPoint Quest Group is a leading national provider of special education services, partnering with 350+ school districts to help students with unique needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
