In this role,you’llbe the first point of contact for prospective school district partners - responsible foridentifyingthe right decision-makers, starting meaningful conversations, and booking qualified discovery meetings for our Senior School Partnership Managers.\nThis is a high-impact, top-of-funnel role. Your success is measured by the quality and consistency of the pipeline you build, andyou’llwork closely with experienced closers who convert your meetings into long-term district partnerships.\nWhat You'll Do\nProspecting & Outreach\nResearch target K-12 school districts andidentifykey decision-makers (Superintendents, Special Education Directors, CFOs)\n\nExecute outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified conversations\n\nPersonalize messaging based on district size, geography, and student support needs\n\nMaintain a consistent daily activity cadence to keep your pipeline full\n\nMeeting Qualification & Handoff\nBook and confirm qualified discovery meetings between district contacts and our School Partnership Managers\n\nBrief your SPM partner before each meeting with relevant background on the contact and district\n\nLog all activity and opportunities in the CRM within 24 hours\n\nFocus on quality over quantity - every meeting you book should be worth your SPM’s time\n\nCollaboration & Growth\nJoin weekly pipeline reviews with your SPM and VP of School Solutions\n\nShare market intelligence from your outreach - objections, trends, and competitive insights\n\nContinuously improve your messaging and approach based onwhat’sworking\n\nGrow with us - this role is designed as a pathway to a full closing position on the School Solutions team\n\nYou’rea fit for this role if you:\nHave 1-3 years of outbound sales, business development, or prospecting experience (B2B preferred)\n\nAre comfortable making cold calls andwritingcold emails - andyou’regood at it\n\nCommunicate clearly and confidently with senior-level contacts\n\nAre highly organized and can manage a large prospect list without dropping the ball\n\nTake feedback well and iterate quickly\n\nAre motivated by metrics and take personal ownership of your numbers\n\nHave experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)\n\nBonus points if you:\nHave experience selling into K-12 school districts or the public sector\n\nHave a background in education, special education, or healthcare staffing\n\nHave worked in a team-selling model where you supported a senior closer\n\nAbout Point Quest Group\nPoint Quest Group is a leading national provider of special education services, partnering with 350+ school districts to help students with unique needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
