Our commitment to building and innovating in the AI space provides the framework intended to drive smarter decision making and enhance how we build and operate our platforms and applications.\nWhat you’ll do \n\nActively monitor the Linux Support team’s incident/request queue, set prioritization, and process tickets in a timely manner \nPerform production releases while adhering to change management guidelines \nInstall, configure, and troubleshoot Linux servers and related hardware/software components \nPerform in-depth analysis for post impact resolution, RCA, remedial actions, and problem management \nManage and troubleshoot AD integrated authentication on Linux servers \nManage and troubleshoot existing Ansible playbooks used for configuration management across the Linux environment \nCollaborate cross-functionally to monitor system performance, analyze system logs, and proactively address issues \nCreate and maintain system documentation including configuration guides, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting steps \nWhat’s REQUIRED \n\n3+ years of experience as a Linux System Administrator in a production environment, with hands-on expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux and/or Ubuntu administration, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment. \nExperience with infrastructure as code, automation, and configuration management concepts, including tools such as Git, Bitbucket, GitHub, and Ansible. \nProficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python for automation, operational support, and task scripting. \nStrong understanding of authentication, privilege management, and integration with Active Directory, including related services such as Kerberos. \nExperience with storage and file-sharing technologies, including local disk management, LVM, network-based storage concepts, HBA/PowerPath, and remote mounts such as CIFS, Samba, and NFS for client and server configurations. \nWorking knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and services, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure services. \nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, as well as AI tooling to support and streamline technical workloads. \nStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail\nCommitment to the highest ethical standards\nWE TAKE CARE OF OUR PEOPLE\nWe invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
