The team provides opportunities to build deep operational expertise and broad exposure across the firm, supporting internal mobility and long-term career development.\nWhat you’ll do\nConfirm daily futures trade activity and manage exceptions that affect accurate processing and risk controls\nReconcile positions with prime brokers, futures commission merchants, and trading counterparties to maintain accurate books and records\nPartner with portfolio managers, traders, and external counterparties to resolve trade-related issues quickly and accurately\nFacilitate the quarterly bond futures delivery process with portfolio managers and futures commission merchants\nInvestigate futures commission, fee, and tax differences with counterparties, including support for give-up and clearing fee schedules\nMonitor and help execute funding trades that support trading activity in non-deliverable forward markets\nRespond to ad hoc queries from internal and external stakeholders with timely, accurate information\nSupport onboarding for new portfolio management teams, including account setup, platform training, and third-party connectivity\nImprove team processes by identifying automation opportunities, increasing efficiency, and strengthening operational controls\nWhat’s required\nUndergraduate degree in accounting, business, economics, mathematics, or a related field\nZero to two years of experience in middle office operations at a hedge fund, asset manager, bank, or similar financial institution\nStrong working knowledge of listed futures and options markets, products, and lifecycle processes\nHands-on experience with electronic affirmation and confirmation platforms used to support trading activity\nStrong working knowledge of futures commissions, including clearing, execution, and exchange rates, and give-up agreement processes\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel\nSuperior problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with portfolio managers, traders, counterparties, and internal teams\nAbility to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and stay self-motivated in a fast-paced environment\nCommitment to the highest ethical standards\nWe take care of our people\nWe invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
