Our team focuses on innovation and challenging the current state of our infrastructure technology in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative working environment.\nWhat you’ll do\nWe are seeking a Mobility Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Intune to own and evolve Point72’s modern endpoint and mobility platform. This role is heavily focused on mobility and modern device management, while also supporting Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and Windows 365 Cloud PCs.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of corporate and BYOD endpoints, ensuring a secure, seamless, and high-performing end-user experience across the firm.\nLead the end-to-end management of mobile and endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune and other enterprise MDM tools.\nDesign, deploy, and support Intune for iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and Windows 365 environments.\nCreate and manage configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, and application deployments.\nImplement Windows Autopilot and optimized enrollment processes to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.\nIntegrate Intune with Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Defender to enforce secure, identity-based access.\nApply encryption, MFA, remote wipe, and continuous monitoring to meet security and regulatory requirements.\nDeliver Tier 2/3 endpoint support, investigate complex issues, and perform root cause analysis.\nUse PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and scripting to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.\nPartner with support and application teams to reduce recurring issues and enhance device usability.\nOversee vendor relationships, device lifecycle, inventory, reporting, and maintain clear technical documentation.\nWhat’s REQUIRED\nBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, with 7+ years in enterprise mobility and endpoint management.\nStrong hands-on experience using Microsoft Intune in a production enterprise environment for device and application management.\nProven experience managing iOS/iPadOS, Android (corporate & BYOD), Windows 10/11, macOS, and Windows 365 Cloud PCs.\nSolid understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and zero-trust security principles.\nExperience working in hybrid Active Directory environments, including Group Policy (GPO) management.\nProficiency in PowerShell and automation engineering to improve endpoint operations and efficiency.\nAbility to lead and prioritize complex troubleshooting across the organization, perform root cause analysis, and recommend long-term risk mitigation.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with a strong focus on end-user experience and satisfaction.\nAbility to work independently or in teams, remain composed in fast-paced environments, and provide on-call or weekend support when required.\nCommitment to the highest ethical standards\n\nWe take care of our people\nWe invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
