Our commitment to building and innovating in the AI space provides the framework intended to drive smarter decision making and enhance how we build and operate our platforms and applications.\nAs a member of Point72’s Technology team, we encourage and support your professional development from day one-helping you advance your technical skills, contribute innovative ideas, and satisfy your own intellectual curiosity-all while delivering real business impact for our multi-billion-dollar global business.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nBuild software applications, integrations with SaaS solutions, and deliver enhancements for projects supporting enterprise systems mainly HR, Payroll, Finance and internal P72 teams.\nWork closely with business stakeholders to develop software solutions using test-driven and agile software development methodologies.\nBe responsible for system upgrades and features supporting resiliency and capacity improvements, automation and controls, and integration with internal and external vendors and services.\nContributing to architecture of core platforms and accelerating modernizing leveraging AI tools\nWork with DevOps teams to manage and resolve operational issues and leverage CI/CD platforms while following DevOps practices within the team and projects.\nContinuously improve the platforms using the latest technologies and software development ideas.\nParticipate in initiatives to transition legacy applications to cloud platforms, enhancing stability, scalability and performance of the existing platform.\nDevelop close working relationships and collaborate with other technology teams to deliver cross-departmental initiatives.\nWHAT'S REQUIRED\nFour or more years of professional software development (.NET preferred) experience building and supporting enterprise or business-critical applications\nExperience developing full-stack applications using modern server-side and front-end technologies\nStrong relational database development skills, including data modeling, query optimization, and debugging\nExperience building service-oriented applications, integrations, and secure interfaces between systems\nExperience with automated testing, code review, source control, and continuous delivery practices\nWorking knowledge of cloud-based environments, distributed systems, and production application support\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical and business issues\nEffective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams\nCommitment to the highest ethical standards\nWE TAKE CARE OF OUR PEOPLE\nWe invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
