Our commitment to building and innovating in the AI space provides the framework intended to drive smarter decision making and enhance how we build and operate our platforms and applications. \nAs a member of Point72’s Technology team, we encourage and support your professional development from day one-helping you advance your technical skills, contribute innovative ideas, and satisfy your own intellectual curiosity-all while delivering real business impact for our multi-billion-dollar global business. \nWhat you’ll do\n\nServe as the primary application support partner for Payroll and HR, providing expert support across compensation, benefits, absence, time tracking, and Workday Payroll, Security, and integrations, while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.\nExecute ongoing system configuration changes, such as business processes, foundational data, and security model updates, and participate in the bi-weekly Agile sprint development process for Tier 3 requests and feature enhancements, adhering to SDLC methodology and Workday Change Management protocols.\nArchitect and design end-to-end solutions that include Workday configuration, integrations, and downstream system impacts, working closely with integration and platform engineering teams.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate them into technical designs, and configure, test, and deploy changes into production.\nMaintain and develop Workday documentation, including standard operating procedures, quick reference guides, technical design documentation, and training materials.\nWork closely with Integration team to ensure reliable, scalable connectivity between Workday and external systems, supporting and enhancing integrations for HCM and Payroll\nApply software engineering best practices such as modular design, reusability, error handling, monitoring, and automation, to improve system reliability and reduce operational risk.\nOptimize and automate business processes, with a focus on Payroll, Security, and integrations, to improve efficiency and data consistency across the organization.\nIdentify opportunities for efficiencies across the Workday ecosystem.\nPartner with Compliance and Information Security to ensure solutions meet data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.\n\nWhat’s REQUIRED\nAt least 5 years of Workday HCM experience with hands-on expertise in Payroll, Security, and integrations.\nSoftware engineering background with the ability to design, debug, and support complex workflows and integrations.\nDeep functional understanding of Workday Payroll, including processing, compliance, tax setup, and external payroll integrations.\nStrong expertise in Workday integrations and security, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs, vendor-managed integrations, domain security policies, and user- and role-based security.\nHands-on experience with Workday modules such as Compensation, Benefits,, Absence, and Time Tracking.\nProven experience architecting end-to-end solutions across Workday configuration, integrations, and downstream systems.\nExpertise in report writing (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and EIB uploads to automate and optimize business processes.\nAbility to gather requirements, evaluate technical trade-offs, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.\nExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nCommitment to the highest ethical standards.\nWE TAKE CARE OF OUR PEOPLE\nWe invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
