Summary:\nThis role provides senior-level HRIS support, solutions and coverage, ensuring continuity of day-to-day HR systems operations while supporting ongoing HR technology initiatives.\nThe Sr. HRIS Analyst acts as a trusted HRIS partner to HR, Payroll, and IT, stabilizing current core HR technology operations.\nThe role provides support for HR transformation efforts, including business process optimization and system readiness for emerging technologies (e.g., SuccessFactors to Workday).\nKey Responsibilities:\nHRIS Operations & Module Support\nServe as the primary HRIS partner for core HCM modules (primarily SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, Talent modules and Learning technologies).\nProvide hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and support across the employee lifecycle.\nSupport HR and Payroll teams with issue resolution, data corrections, and system inquiries.\nSupport planning and launch of annual cycles namely Employee Objective Setting, Compensation Planning, template configuration and mass-change file uploads.\nProvide guidance and system training to administrators, program owners, and other platform users.\nSystem Enhancements, Releases & Integrations\nManage and execute system changes including configuration updates, releases, enhancements, and integrations.\nSupport HR system integrations and data feeds using middleware or APIs (e.g., Dell Boomi, SAP CPI, file-based integrations).\nPartner with IT and vendors to resolve defects, manage incidents, and coordinate fixes.\nIdentify new or under-utilized system capabilities, including embedded AI and automation features, to continually improve functionality and user workflows\nData Management, Security & Compliance\nPerform data migration activities, mass uploads, data mapping, and validation.\nMaintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP), workflow rules, MDF objects, and foundation objects.\nConduct data audits, support compliance activities, and ensure data integrity across systems.\nTesting & Change Support\nLead and execute testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing.\nSupport HR-led initiatives such as compensation planning cycles, reporting changes, and process updates.\nDocument changes, processes, and configuration decisions for continuity and audit readiness.\nReporting & Insights\nSupport standard and ad hoc reporting across HRIS platforms.\nAssist with dashboards, audits, and workforce analytics using SuccessFactors reporting and/or Power BI.\nPartner with HR stakeholders to translate reporting needs into system solutions.\nFuture-State Readiness\nContribute to migration preparation activities such as data cleanup, configuration rationalization, and reporting alignment.\nOther Duties as Assigned\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n7+ years of senior HRIS experience in large enterprise environments.\nBachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field \nStrong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central, including backend.\nWorkday experience (support, reporting, security, migration activities).\nExperience with REST APIs, HR system integrations, data feeds, and/or middleware.\nProven experience supporting HRIS operations during high-volume, business-critical periods.\nStrong testing, data validation, and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to operate independently with minimal ramp-up.\nPreferred Experience:\nExperience supporting compensation cycles, payroll, or time & attendance integrations.\nExperience supporting HR transformations or platform transitions.\nExperience with Python and web services; ServiceNow HR case management exposure.\nMaster's degree preferred but not
