You will support enterprise customers, partnering with customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams to successfully deliver complex implementations across multiple locations and markets.\nYou will have experience managing customer implementations in a Professional Services environment and a proven track record of successfully delivering project objectives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nThoroughly understand the customer’s business and technical needs.\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders throughout all phases of the project.\n\nLead project kick-off meetings with customers and delivery resources.\n\nDefine project scope and develop project plans, including goals, outcomes, deliverables, timelines and required resources.\n\nManage multiple customer-facing software implementations, including project budgets, resources, communications, schedules and deliverables.\n\nCoordinate implementation activities across enterprise customer stakeholders, locations and internal teams to maintain alignment and drive successful project outcomes.\n\nProvide leadership and support to the implementation team and review deliverables prepared by the team.\n\nMonitor and report on project progress, challenges and recommended solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.\n\nProactively identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating concerns to project leadership and senior management as appropriate.\n\nEnsure customers successfully implement and adopt PointClickCare solutions, with a smooth transition to ongoing support upon project close.\n\nReport on deployments, schedules, budgets and revenue using internal processes and tools.\n\nSuccessfully manage competing priorities across multiple customer engagements.\n\nStrengthen the project management discipline by sharing knowledge, best practices and lessons learned across the team.\n\nContribute to Professional Services goals and continuous improvement initiatives that improve project delivery and customer outcomes.\n\nRequired Experience:\nExperience managing complex software implementations, ideally supporting enterprise or multi-site customers.\n\nStrong leadership, relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to self-manage, prioritize competing demands and deliver quality outcomes.\n\nDemonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technologies and ways of working, leveraging AI and emerging tools to innovate, solve problems and improve project and customer outcomes.\n\nPrevious experience with healthcare technology, including EHR, EMR, Pharmacy solutions, and/or PointClickCare experience is an asset but not required.\nSolid understanding of systems design is an asset.\n\nPMP or PRINCE2 designation is an
