It's a hands-on role in a growing finance team in Tel Aviv, where you'll run the close, payroll and payments, and help build cleaner, more automated processes in NetSuite and Ramp.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn full-cycle bookkeeping for PointFive Ltd. (Israel) and PointFive US Inc. up to a reviewed trial balance and balance sheet\n\nLead the monthly close for both entities: accruals, prepaid amortization, bank/card/AP/AR reconciliations, cut-off\n\nManage intercompany activity: monthly recharge invoicing per the transfer pricing model, intercompany reconciliation and FX\n\nRun Israeli payroll end-to-end in Shiklulit: monthly payroll, pension and Bituach Leumi payments, Forms 102, 126 and 106, final settlements for leavers, and payroll journal entries\n\nOwn US bookkeeping in-house: TriNet payroll entries, AP and payments, 1099 filings, sales tax support, and coordination with the US tax preparer\n\nSpend management in Ramp: card reconciliation, reimbursements, policy enforcement, and leading the move of AP invoices into Ramp\n\nAP end-to-end for both entities, including vendor onboarding (W-9/W-8, Israeli withholding certificates) and payment runs\n\nAR and cash application, including reconciliation of Marketplace disbursements against customer invoices\n\nRecord UK employee costs from Deel\n\nIsraeli statutory reporting: VAT, withholding (Nikuim), advance payments (Mikdamot), Form 856\n\nSupport audits, the 409A process, and US/Israeli tax filings with external advisors\n\nImprove processes and automation within NetSuite and Ramp\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years of bookkeeping experience in high-tech, including at least 2 years as the sole or lead bookkeeper of an Israeli company with a US subsidiary (must)\n\nCertified Bookkeeper Type 3 (must)\n\nHands-on Israeli payroll processing (must)\n\nHands-on US bookkeeping experience, including PEO payroll entries, 1099s and sales tax basics (must)\n\nHands-on NetSuite experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment (must)\n\nExperience with Brex or Mesh - must (Ramp is an advantage)\n\nExperience with IL payroll processing tool (Shiklulit is an advantage)\n\nCertified Payroll Accountant (strong advantage)\n\nHigh-level English, written and spoken (must)\n\nStrong Excel skills (Pivot, XLOOKUP)\n\nAdvantage: AI automation processes in finance, Marketplace experience\n\nWhy PointFive\nFounders with a track record: Built and sold IntSights to Rapid7.
