You'll work with SQL, BI tools, and cross-functional teams to deliver insights on collections efficiency, payment operations, and customer metrics.\nKey Responsibilities\nCore Analytics & Reporting\nBuild and maintain dashboards and reports for Collections, Payments, Customer Onboarding, and Risk teams\nCreate KPI tracking systems for daily/weekly/monthly reporting on collection status, payment success rates, and funnel metrics\nDevelop automated reporting solutions to replace manual processes and reduce operational overhead\nProvide ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and identify trends\nData Quality & Integration\nOwn data quality across key systems (Collections, Payments, CRM, Payment Gateways)\nAudit and reconcile data across sources (Zoho, Payment Gateways, NBFC systems, EMI/Check processing)\nIdentify and escalate data gaps and inconsistencies to Engineering\nDocument data schemas, definitions, and data lineage for stakeholders\nAnalytics for Core Operations\nSupport Collections team: build visibility into payment failure patterns, collection protest trends, and anomalies\nSupport Risk/Credit team: analyze credit assessment gaps, onboarding funnel drop-offs, and customer lifecycle metrics\nSupport Finance: reconcile vendor payments, identify discrepancies, and trace payment flows for audit trails\nAnalyze Onboarding funnel performance and track improvement against targets\nData Infrastructure & Optimization\nWork with Engineering to improve data ingestion pipelines and reduce manual data maintenance\nIdentify data scalability risks (e.g., cost drivers, query performance) and recommend optimizations\nContribute to data warehouse/lake design decisions and ETL improvements\nMandatory Requirement (Critical)\n SQL Expertise: Write complex queries, optimize query performance, work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)\nBI proficiency - Tableau, Metabase, Data Studio, Power BI, or equivalent\nData Storytelling: Create clear, actionable dashboards and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders\nData Validation: Experience identifying data quality issues, performing audits, and reconciling data across systems\nPlatforms: Zoho CRM, Payment gateways, internal dashboards\nProblem-solving mindset -
