The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders while ensuring a seamless employee experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nHR Operations\nExecute end-to-end employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to separation.\nCoordinate joining formalities and employee induction.\nPrepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.\nMaintain employee records in both physical and digital formats.\nEnsure timely updates in HRMS and employee database.\n\nEmployee Onboarding & Exit\nCoordinate documentation before employee joining.\nConduct employee induction and orientation sessions.\nManage employee ID cards, official documentation, and employee files.\nCoordinate exit formalities including clearance, exit interviews, and documentation.\n\nHR Documentation & Compliance\nEnsure statutory compliance documentation is maintained.\nSupport PF, ESI, Labour Law, and compliance documentation.\nMaintain HR MIS reports and dashboards.\nPrepare HR reports on manpower, attrition, attendance, and employee movements.\n\nEmployee Engagement\nSupport employee engagement initiatives and internal events.\nCoordinate employee communication and HR announcements.\nAssist in employee welfare programs.\nAddress employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.\n\nHRMS Administration\nUpdate employee records in HRMS.\nGenerate HR reports and analytics.\nEnsure data accuracy across HR systems.\nSupport HR digitalization initiatives.\n\nKey Skills\nStrong knowledge of HR Operations.\nKnowledge of Payroll Inputs and Attendance Management.\nHR Documentation and Employee Lifecycle Management.\nHRMS exposure (KEKA preferred).\nBasic understanding of Labour Laws, PF & ESI.\nStrong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nGood analytical and organizational abilities.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality.\nStrong attention to detail and multitasking capability.\n\nEligibility Criteria\nEducational Qualification\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.\nMBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.\n\nExperience\n 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles.\nExperience in employee lifecycle management and HR documentation is mandatory.\nExperience with HRMS platforms (preferably KEKA) is preferred.\nExposure to payroll coordination and
