The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations within the retail or e-commerce sector, with specific experience in dark store management.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPOINTO HUB Setup and Management:\nLead the planning, setup, and operational launch of new POINTO HUB in strategic locations.\nEnsure that all hubs are fully equipped, staffed, and operationally efficient before launch.\nOversee the design and layout of Hub to optimize product flow, picking, and packing processes.\n Profit and Loss (P&L) Management:\nTake full ownership of the P&L for hub, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.\nAnalyze financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to increase profitability.\nWork closely with the finance team to track and report on operational expenses, revenue, and key financial metrics.\nInventory and Supply Chain Optimization:\nEnsure optimal inventory levels are maintained to meet demand while minimizing waste and overstock.\nCollaborate with suppliers, procurement teams, and logistics providers to streamline the supply chain and improve delivery timelines.\nImplement robust inventory management systems to monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.\nOperational Efficiency:\nContinuously review and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, speed, and accuracy in order fulfilment.\nLeverage technology and automation tools to optimize picking, packing, and delivery processes.\nEstablish and monitor KPIs for operational performance, including order fulfilment times, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.\nTeam Leadership and Development:\nBuild and manage a high-performing team responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hubs\nProvide ongoing training, support, and development opportunities to team members to enhance performance.\nEnsure that staffing levels are adequate to meet operational needs, particularly during peak demand periods.\nCompliance and Safety:\nEnsure all hub operations comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.\nImplement safety protocols to protect staff and ensure a safe working environment.\nCollaboration and Stakeholder Management:\nWork closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.\nCollaborate with the technology team to integrate and enhance systems that support hub operations.\n\nKey Requirements:\n Education:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
