Key Responsibilities: POINTO HUB Setup and Management: Lead the planning, setup, and operational launch of new POINTO HUB in strategic locations. Ensure that all hubs are fully equipped, staffed, and operationally efficient before launch. Oversee the design and layout of Hub to optimize product flow, picking, and packing processes. Profit and Loss (P&L) Management: Take full ownership of the P&L for hub, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability. Analyze financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to increase profitability. Work close
