The incumbent will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, optimizing supply chain and service operations, ensuring profitability, implementing standardized processes, and building a high-performance operations culture.\nThe role requires strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities to enhance customer satisfaction, improve service quality, reduce operational costs, and support business scalability.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperations Management\nLead and oversee day-to-day operations across all hubs and business units.\nEnsure seamless execution of operational activities while maintaining service quality and efficiency.\nDrive operational performance through effective planning, monitoring, and execution.\nDevelop operational strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.\n\nSupply Chain Management\nOversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement coordination, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.\nEnsure optimum stock availability across hubs to meet market demand without excess inventory.\nMonitor inventory movement, replenishment planning, and stock accuracy.\nImprove supply chain visibility and efficiency.\n\nService Operations\nEnsure timely completion of service requests within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).\nImprove customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.\nMonitor service KPIs and implement corrective actions wherever required.\nEstablish service excellence standards across all operational locations.\n\nStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)\nDesign, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all operational functions.\nEnsure SOP compliance through regular audits and process reviews.\nStandardize workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.\n\nProcess Excellence & Continuous Improvement\nLead Process Excellence initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other operational improvement methodologies.\nIdentify operational bottlenecks and implement sustainable improvements.\nBuild a culture of continuous improvement and operational innovation.\nDrive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.\n\nCost Management\nConduct detailed operational cost analysis across all functions.\nIdentify cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality and customer experience.\nDevelop and execute cost reduction initiatives.\nMonitor operational budgets and improve overall cost efficiency.\n\nProfit & Loss Management\nOwn and manage Profit & Loss (P&L) for all operational hubs.\nMonitor operational profitability and implement strategies to improve margins.\nReview financial performance and recommend corrective actions.\nCollaborate with Finance for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.\n\nTeam Leadership\nLead, mentor, and develop regional and hub operations teams.\nBuild a high-performance culture driven by accountability and ownership.\nEstablish KPIs and performance review mechanisms.\nFoster cross-functional collaboration between Operations, Sales, Finance, Service, and Supply Chain teams.\n\nPerformance Monitoring\nDevelop dashboards and MIS reports for operational performance.\nMonitor key operational metrics including:\nService TAT\nCustomer Satisfaction (CSAT)\nInventory Accuracy\nStock Availability\nOperational Cost\nHub Profitability\nProcess Compliance\nProductivity Metrics\n\nRequired Qualifications ExperienceMBA in Operations Management from a recognized institution (Mandatory).8-10 years of experience in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Service Operations, or Process Excellence.Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing multi-location operations.Additional certifications in Lean Management, Supply Chain Management, or Process Excellence will be an
